Voice Access Telephone Banking is free service that allows you to securely and easily access your account information by telephone.
 
To access your account, you will need your account number. First time users will be required thru a system of voice prompts to enter an ID number. The ID number will be the last four digits of your social security number.
 
Access the menu and follow voice prompts:
Press 1 for "account information"
Press 2 for “miscellaneous information”
Press # to repeat options
